Bitvisitor (Update)
Looks like Bitvisitor has changed so that they now send payment every 60 uBTC. Sadly, in addition to this, they also seem to have lowered the payout per site visited :(
Boka - sorry for my slow response. I'm not affiliated with Bitvisitor (just a fan of theirs) so if you still haven't received payment I'd recommend contacting them. I have noticed over the past couple of days that their payouts are becoming less frequent. But, I was glad to see they added a tracker at the top to tell you your current earnings.
